To determine the type of server needed you have to take into account several relevant aspects such as the number of users, agencies, etc. We could assume the following desirable configuration: Hardware - Pentium IV processor, 2.5. Ghz minimum
- 1GB of RAM or higher
- Minimum 2 GB of available hard disk space
- CD-ROM drive
- Network Card 100 MB
- Backup device or RAID (data backup)
Software - Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server or superior
- Relacional Database (SQL Server)
- Email Server
- Fax Server (optional; for example, WinFax)

- 512 MB RAM or higher recommended
- 500 MB hard disk space available or higher
- Monitor SVGA (color) 1024 x 768 resolution or plus
- Network Card 100 MB
Software - Microsoft Windows 2000/Windows XP Operating System or higher
- Microsoft Word/Excel (Version 2000 or higher)
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
