Systems Implementation

Our systems implementation methodology includes 3 main phases and related activities:

1. Client Analysis and Management (Phase 1)

In these phases, we gather information from the client, related and necessary to prepare a Process Report.  This is the core input to start customizing ITOS for a specific client. 
Phase 1 includes the following activities:

1. Client’s Process Analysis
2. Process Report Generation
3. Client’s Approval
4. ITOS Presentation // current processes
5. Report.  This is the document approved by the client (brief report explanation and operational agreements)

2. Customization and Adjustments

• Customization. Once feedback from the tourism expert consultant is obtained (report explanation), we start to customize ITOS according to the client’s requirements.
• Customization Quality Control. Coral Technologies carries out an internal verification of the configured ITOS version with the issued report.
• Preliminary ITOS Installation to Client.  We take the customized ITOS version to the client.
• Preliminary ITOS Client’s Validation.  The client verifies ITOS system according to the customization requested. 

Installation & Training.  Installation and training on final ITOS version.
