Organizacional Change

The main objective of Change Management is to provide an adequate environment for the organization to integrate its people, processes and technology to achieve its business goals.  It is addressed to fulfill the company’s expectations at its different levels.
Coral Technologies implements a Change Management methodology that embraces two fundamental approaches:

  1. Organizational Alignment through effective Strategic Planning
  2. Change Management through methodological uses

On one hand, Organizational Alignment helps to define new position profiles, responsibilities and competences related to the processes requirements.
 
On the other hand, Change Management recognizes cultural aspects, people’s resistance to change and communication requirements. This has the objective of facilitating implementation processes when there is “a need to face the change”.
